Friends of Writers solicits, manages and disburses funds in order to preserve and extend the Warren Wilson writing community. These funds support the students, faculty and alumni; the anthologies of faculty lectures published by the University of Michigan Press and W.W. Norton; and the annual Warren Wilson MFA Alumni Conference.
